PJ PLAY DAYS - Open to grades K-6

(F) MAY 27 - INCREDIBLES Theme (change 9/17/21)

We play games, create short videos, make craft projects, and spend those Parent/Teacher Workdays making a scene!!

• Drop off is between 8:00-8:30AM and pick up is at 5:00PM.
• Tuition is $28 per student and includes: Morning/Afternoon snacks and craft supplies.
• Students may wear public-appropriate PJs to these one-day workshops.
• If necessary, we will continue mask use indoors as we continue to assess safety guidelines.
• We will video our work and send the private YouTube link or Zoom recording via email.
• Pre-registration is required to each PJ Play Day.
• No enrollment will be accepted on a Friday preceding a Monday Play Day or less than 72-hours prior. No refunds with less than 24 hours notice.
• Pre-registration allows us to staff accordingly for the number of students attending.
  (We schedule one staff member and one Shadow Teacher for every 15 students.
  (During COVID, we will staff one teacher for every 10 students.)
• Students may NOT enroll for half-day or partial attendance.
• Lunch is NOT included.

ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED. A SPOT FOR YOUR CHILD KEEPS OTHERS FROM ATTENDING ON OUR DAYS!

• TRYPS hires teachers specifically for each PJ Play Day. Help us prepare for a successful day by enrolling in days that you are certain your child/children will attend. Cancelling or adding at the last minute leaves us with too few or too many supplies and teachers contracted for these special all-day workshops.

We are having a difficult time with PJ attendance. We've had as many as 15 families cancel within the final 48 hours. With changes the day of, it left one group with four kiddos. With more time, we can shift kids between groups - but we can't shuffle on the morning of.

Lost tuition is a real hardship for TRYPS. We tailor-make each day for our campers - craft packets, snacks, supplies, activities, hire teachers expressly for the number of kiddos enrolled. It takes our staff about 20 hours to plan and prepare for each PJ Day.

So, we're going to stick to our refund policy. If you have to cancel - by golly, we understand life happens. We'll write you a tax-donation for your tuition.

We're also going to keep kiddos on the roster 10 days prior - only - if we've got their Personal Info Form and a tuition payment is made. That helps everyone commit to the day. It gives you time to check schedules for conflicts and let us know about a change in plans. Then, we have time to reach out to other families.
